Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Tickets are generally non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation or postponement. Refunds are automatically processed if an event is cancelled.
Eligible for Refunds:
- Event Cancellation: Full refund automatically processed
- Event Postponement: Refund or ticket transfer to new date
- Venue Change: Refund available if you cannot attend new venue
- Medical Emergency: Refund with proper documentation
Troubleshooting Ticket Issues
Can't find my tickets after purchase
Check your email inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email. Tickets are also available in your account dashboard under "My Tickets."
Payment was charged but no tickets received
This usually indicates a processing delay. Wait 10 minutes and check your email. If tickets still haven't arrived, contact our support team immediately.
Wrong seats selected during purchase
Contact support within 24 hours of purchase. We may be able to exchange for different seats if available, subject to price differences.
Mobile tickets not displaying properly
Ensure you have the latest version of your mobile browser or our app. Screenshots of tickets are not accepted - use the original email or app display.
