REGULATORY BACKGROUND
The Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act (15 U.S.C. §6301 et seq.), enacted in 2000, requires sanctioning organizations to file annual disclosures with the Federal Trade Commission. The CCWAA, as a sanctioning organization for professional wrestling, voluntarily complies with these requirements as incorporated into Bylaws §7c(d).

1. OVERVIEW
The Country Club Wrestling Association of America maintains wrestler ratings across seven (7) weight divisions. All divisions are open to wrestlers of any gender, consistent with the Association's commitment to inclusive competition since the 1978 Convention Resolution on Equal Participation.
