Richard "Ricky Star" Starbinski
Executive Director Since 1992
Former three-time CCWAA Singles Champion who transitioned from "The Starlight Sensation" to executive leadership. Known for pioneering the "Champagne Suplex" and bringing theatrical excellence to wrestling administration.
Maxwell "Max" McCallahan III
Nine-Time CCWAA Champion
Known as "The Hostile Takeover," Max combines athletic excellence with creative financial management. Current CCWAA Heavyweight Champion and owner of McCallahan Resort Properties.
Steven "Steve" Bartlett
The Suburban Sensation
Financial analyst turned reluctant wrestler. Co-founder of Druid Hills Wrestling Revival and the only board member to actually read the bylaws (currently on page 47 of 2,847).

Richard "Ricky Star" Starbinski has served as Executive Director of the CCWAA since 1992, stepping into the role following what organization records refer to only as "The Phieffer Incident" (court-sealed documents prevent us from elaborating, though we can confirm no actual flamingos were harmed).
Wrestling Career Highlights (1961-1991)
- 🏆 Three-time CCWAA Singles Champion (1965, 1971, 1978)
- 🤝 Tag Team Champion with "Magnificent" Maurice Goldbloom as "The Merger & Acquisition" (1968-1970)

Executive Achievements
Under Ricky's leadership since 1992, the CCWAA has successfully transitioned from telegraph to fax communications (1993), pioneered electronic mail for tournaments (1996), and established the annual Wayne Newton Invitational Gala & Wrestling Spectacular. His unique blend of athletic prowess and theatrical sensibility has increased membership by 3%—the first growth since the Reagan administration.
