Password Reset
Learn how to reset your password and regain access to your account.
If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow these simple steps to regain access to your account.
To reset your password:
- Click "Sign In" on the homepage
- Select "Forgot Password?" below the login fields
- Enter the email address associated with your Country Club Wrestling account
- Click "Send Reset Link"
- Check your email inbox for a password reset message (check spam/junk folders if not received within 5 minutes)
- Click the secure reset link in the email (valid for 24 hours)
- Create your new password following our security requirements
- Confirm your new password by entering it again
- Click "Update Password" to save your changes
Important Security Notice
For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, simply request a new one through the same process.
Password Requirements
When creating your new password, ensure it meets our security requirements:
Your new password must include:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Troubleshooting Reset Issues
Email Not Received?
Check Your Spam Folder
Reset emails sometimes end up in spam or junk folders. Check there first.
Wait a Few Minutes
Email delivery can take up to 10 minutes. Please be patient.
Verify Email Address
Make sure you entered the correct email address associated with your account.
Try Again
If the email still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, try requesting another reset link.
Reset Link Expired?
Password reset links are valid for 24 hours for security reasons. If your link has expired:
- Return to the sign-in page
- Click "Forgot Password?" again
- Enter your email address
- Request a new reset link
