Amendment to Charity Exhibition Match Type Rules

WHEREAS, the current Charity Exhibition rules limit charitable impact by restricting payments to cash only and limiting participation to competitors; and

WHEREAS, the Board seeks to expand philanthropic engagement while maintaining proper oversight;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Charity Exhibition Match Type rules are amended as follows:

1. CCWAA Sanctioned Charities - The Board shall establish and maintain an official registry of approved charities. Only 501(c)(3) organizations approved by the Board may receive Charity Exhibition funds.

2. Multiple Charity Designation - Competitors may designate more than one Sanctioned Charity as beneficiaries, declaring allocations prior to bidding.

3. Spectator Contributions - Members in attendance and in good standing may make "Corner Support Pledges" credited to a competitor's total by making a point of order and declaring the amount.

4. Electronic Payments - The cash-only requirement is hereby stricken. Payments may be made via cash, check, credit card, debit card, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or wire transfer. All electronic payments must be completed within 72 hours of match conclusion.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately upon Board approval.
